Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-monthly.

Family therapy
Online or in-person, this time will be spent with one or more family members with or without the patient. Typical modalities offered are Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS).

Online or in-person, this session will help you express thoughts, feelings and experiences when words aren’t enough. Art therapy is also offered in conjunction with trauma processing
